Prescribes capital adequacy norms for NBFCs including minimum capital ratios, CET1 capital elements, Tier 1 and Tier 2 capital components, leverage ratio requirements, risk-weighted asset computation, securitisation exposure treatment, and the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) for NBFC-ML and above.
