Build India’s Strongest
Debt Recovery Practice
Unified Chambers and Associates — India’s specialist debt recovery practice — invites applications from advocates, researchers, business development professionals, digital marketers, and administrators. We have 20+ openings across legal and non-legal functions.
What Makes This Different
Most law firms give you a variety of work. We give you mastery. Every matter here is a recovery matter — and every recovery matter here is significant.
Single-Specialty Focus
Every matter is a debt recovery matter. No generalist work. No distractions. Your skills sharpen faster here than in a full-service firm.
Senior-Led Work
You work directly with the Senior Partner — not passed down to a pool. Every brief, every hearing, every strategy discussion is at the highest level.
High-Value Matters Only
Our minimum matter value is ₹50 lakhs. You handle complex, large-ticket cases that most advocates see only at the end of their careers.
Pan-India DRT Network
500+ DRT appearances across India. You get exposure to DRT-I Delhi, DRT-II Delhi, DRT Mumbai, DRT Bangalore, DRT Hyderabad and beyond.
Full Spectrum of Laws
DRT · SARFAESI · IBC · NI Act · DRAT · FEMA · PMLA intersections. You build a genuinely multi-statute recovery practice.
Remote & Hybrid Friendly
Principal office at Delhi High Court. Hybrid and pan-India remote arrangements considered for the right candidates in other cities.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a freshers role?
For litigation advocate roles: No. We require a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience with hands-on experience in at least one core practice area. For research, paralegal, and non-legal roles, fresh graduates with the right skill set may be considered. Internships are open to all years of law school.
Can I apply if I am based outside Delhi?
Yes. We are open to remote and hybrid arrangements for advocates based in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and other cities with active DRT benches. Non-legal and research roles are often fully remote. Travel for hearings in other cities will be required periodically for litigation roles.
What type of matters will I work on?
You will work on high-value debt recovery matters — DRT Original Applications, SARFAESI enforcement, IBC CIRP petitions, Section 138 NI Act cases, and promoter/guarantor defence. All matters carry a minimum claim value of ₹50 lakhs.
Are internships paid?
Internships may be unpaid or carry a stipend depending on duration, year of study, and availability. All internships are intensive and practical — interns attend DRT hearings, assist in legal research, and contribute to real briefs under senior supervision.
I am not a lawyer — can I still apply?
Absolutely. We have openings for business development, social media, content writing, finance, administration, and client relations. Law knowledge is helpful but not required for these roles. A genuine interest in working in a high-performance legal environment is.
What is the remuneration structure?
Remuneration is competitive and structured based on PQE, skill set, and case load. Both retainer-based and revenue-sharing arrangements are possible for senior advocates. Non-legal staff are offered market-aligned fixed compensation. Details are discussed during selection.
How is this different from joining a large full-service firm?
Single-specialty focus means faster skill development in debt recovery law specifically. You handle complex DRT and SARFAESI matters from day one — not rotated across departments. Senior-led supervision ensures quality mentorship at every stage.
