Our Team
A partner-led team of advocates and associates whose core practice is debt recovery and the related financial-sector regulatory work, with criminal-defence, data-protection and workplace-compliance verticals alongside. Every panel mandate is partner-supervised, with senior-associate execution and junior-associate support under direct partner direction. Beyond its institutional work, the team also undertakes pro bono representation for armed forces personnel, women entrepreneurs and Delhi Police.

Senior Partner Adv. Subodh Bajpai (LLM, MBA XLRI) leads the firm. Additional partners (added selectively on demonstrated domain depth) anchor specific practice areas — DRT/SARFAESI panel work, IBC/NCLT advisory, regulatory practice, criminal defence and data protection.
Senior Associate Tier
Senior Associates with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in debt-recovery practice. Senior Associates conduct routine matter management, draft pleadings, appear at routine hearings, and support partner-led strategic work.
Associate Tier
Associates with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience. Associates conduct research, draft preliminary pleadings under senior-associate supervision, and develop into the partner-track of the firm. Recruitment is selective and based on demonstrated specialty interest.

The firm operates on a partner-supervised model: every panel mandate has a partner-level point of contact and a senior associate as day-to-day execution lead.

Debt Recovery at the Core
Every advocate on the recovery team works on DRT, SARFAESI, IBC and NI Act matters; the firm's criminal-defence and data-protection verticals run alongside. Concentration within each vertical produces statutory and procedural fluency. The firm does not deploy generalists on technical matters.
Partner Supervision
Every panel mandate is partner-supervised. Senior Associates conduct execution under direct partner direction; Associates support under senior-associate guidance. There is no panel matter at Unified Chambers handled exclusively without partner oversight at the strategic stages.
Pan-India Coverage
The firm appears before Debt Recovery Tribunals and DRATs across India directly, without referrals to local counsel. The team supports this coverage through structured travel rotation and digital matter management. Consistent strategy and reporting irrespective of bench location.
