Senior Associates with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in debt-recovery practice. Senior Associates conduct routine matter management, draft pleadings, appear at routine hearings, and support partner-led strategic work.
Associate Tier
Associates with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience. Associates conduct research, draft preliminary pleadings under senior-associate supervision, and develop into the partner-track of the firm. Recruitment is selective and based on demonstrated specialty interest.
