No. Empanelment creates no relationship of employment, partnership, agency or firm membership. Every advocate on the panel practises independently and remains responsible for their own practice, their own clients and their own professional obligations.
No. Empanelment carries no salary, retainer, stipend or remuneration. A fee arises only where a specific matter or consultation is assigned and the fee for it is agreed in advance for that matter.
