Consultation
Book a consultation with the firm’s advocates — your papers read in advance, the position explained against the provisions that govern it, and a written plan of action. ₹15,000.
Add the firm’s verified reference data to the AI assistant you already use: the DRT and DRAT registry from drt.gov.in, the tribunal fee schedules, SARFAESI statutory periods, bare-act sections, IPC-to-BNS maps, the RBI NBFC Master Directions, the legal glossary and the POSH compliance check. Signing in with a verified email adds matter screening, a deadline watch and booking of the ₹15,000 consultation.
Connector URL
https:/ / www.unifiedchambers.com/ mcpFree to add and free to use. No account and no password — the reference tools work without signing in.
The connector is a single address, and each assistant asks for it in a different place. The reference tools work as soon as it is added; the assistant asks you to sign in only when you use a tool that needs it.
One click opens Claude’s custom-connector dialog with the name and address already filled in.
Add to ClaudeOr add it by hand
In a Team or Enterprise organisation, an owner may need to allow custom connectors first.
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http unified-chambers https:/ / www.unifiedchambers.com/ mcpInside Claude Code, run /mcp to sign in when a tool asks for it.
Add it as a custom MCP server.
Whether custom servers can be added depends on the plan and, in a workspace, on its administrator’s policy. Menu names change between releases. The consultation-fee and booking tools are not offered through ChatGPT; everything else is, and the consultation can be booked on this site.
Add it as a custom app.
At the time of writing, custom apps are available on Google AI Pro and Ultra personal accounts, in English and in the US first.
Point the client at the connector URL over Streamable HTTP. Sign-in is OAuth 2.1 with PKCE; Client ID Metadata Documents and dynamic client registration are both supported.

Ask in your own words; the assistant picks the tool. Every answer that draws on the firm’s data names the page of this site it is drawn from and says that it is general information, not legal advice. Where the firm has no verified figure for something, the tool says so rather than guess.
Built only from data already verified on this site: the drt.gov.in registry, the notified fee rules, the enacted text of the Acts and the RBI’s own directions.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
Find DRT bench and DRAT find_ | The Debts Recovery Tribunal for a city or state, its address as published on drt.gov.in, and the DRAT its appeals go to. A city without its own bench is resolved to the seat that covers it. |
DRT / DRAT fee calculator calculate_ | The court fee for a DRT Original Application, a DRAT appeal or a SARFAESI Section 17 application, from the notified fee rules; for a DRAT appeal, also the pre-deposit and the time for filing. |
SARFAESI statutory periods sarfaesi_ | The statutory periods under the SARFAESI Act 2002, quoted from the enacted text, and the dates that follow from a date you give. |
Bare act section lookup lookup_ | A section from the firm’s annotated bare-acts library with its text and a plain-English note; where a BNS or BNSS section is not annotated, its heading from the Gazette index. |
Search bare acts search_ | Keyword search across section titles, keywords and text in every Act in the library. |
Old criminal code to new code mapper map_ | The corresponding section of the BNS, BNSS or BSA for a section of the IPC, CrPC or Indian Evidence Act. |
Find RBI NBFC Master Direction find_ | RBI Master Directions for NBFCs by keyword or category, with a link to the PDF on this site. |
Define a legal term define_ | A definition from the firm’s legal glossary, with the provision it comes from and where it applies in practice. |
POSH compliance health check posh_ | The seven-question check against the POSH Act 2013 — the same questions and provisions as the tool on this site. |
Sign in once with a eight-digit code sent to your email. Nothing else is asked for.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
Screen a debt-recovery matter screen_ | From the claim, security, instrument, borrower, place and stage: the forums and routes open under the thresholds held in the firm’s verified data, and whether the matter is within the firm’s minimums (₹1 crore; ₹2 crore for DRT matters). |
Deadline watch deadline_ | Due dates for up to 50 accounts from periods verified in the enacted text — the SARFAESI periods, the DRAT appeal and the Section 138 NI Act chain — sorted, with those due within 7 and 14 days flagged. |
Consultation fee and payment details consultation_ | The ₹15,000 fee, what it covers, and the firm’s bank particulars for a transfer from your own banking app. |
Book a paid consultation book_Sends to the firm | Sends the firm your booking request with the reference of a payment you have made — the same request as the booking form on this site. |
Send a matter enquiry send_Sends to the firm | Sends a short enquiry to the firm when the matter is within its minimums; otherwise explains why it was not sent. |
Only the tools marked “Sends to the firm” send anything, and only when you ask. None of them moves money: the connector never takes a payment or asks for a card number, a UPI PIN or a bank credential.
Available only to sign-ins the firm has recorded for an institution. How it works.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
List panel matters list_ | Your institution’s matters with the firm. |
Get matter status get_ | Where one matter stands. |
Upcoming hearings upcoming_ | Hearings coming up across your institution’s matters. |
Panel deadline tracker panel_ | Deadlines coming up across your institution’s matters. |
Brief a new matter brief_Sends to the firm | Sends the firm a brief on a new account: borrower, claim, security, forum and documents. |
When the reference tools are not enough and you want the firm to look at your own facts, the consultation can be requested from inside the assistant. It is the same consultation as the one booked on this site, and the fee buys three things.
01
The documents you send are read before the consultation — notices, orders, agreements, correspondence and the relevant statutory record — so the discussion starts from your facts rather than from a general explanation of the law.
02
A scheduled discussion with the firm’s advocates on what the papers show, which provisions apply, what the realistic positions are on each side, and where the risks sit.
03
A written note setting out the steps open to you, the forum and provision each step runs under, the limitation position and the sequence in which the steps should be taken.
The assistant shows the fee, what it covers and the firm’s bank particulars. You pay from your own banking app.
The connector sends the firm only the UTR or transaction reference of a payment you have made, with your preferred slot; it keeps no copy of either. It does not take the payment, and it never asks for a card number, a UPI PIN or an account credential.
What you receive first is an acknowledgement, not a confirmed appointment. The firm verifies the payment against its account and writes to you confirming the slot or offering the nearest alternative. If the firm is unable to offer a slot at all, the fee is returned in full.
No advocate–client relationship arises from the booking, the payment or any preliminary correspondence; it begins when the firm confirms the engagement in writing, after a conflict check. The full terms and the booking form are on the consultation page.
Banks, NBFCs, ARCs and other institutions that have engaged the firm as panel counsel can follow their own matters from the assistant: where each matter stands, the hearings and deadlines coming up, and a tool to brief the firm on a new account.
Access follows the work-email domain. When an officer signs in with an address on a domain the firm has recorded for the institution — or with an address recorded individually — the desk is added to that sign-in. Matter information is shown only to those sign-ins; a signed-in user without the desk who tries one of its tools is told what the desk is, and nothing more.
To set it up, an authorised officer writes to legal@unifiedchambers.com from the institution’s domain, naming the domains or addresses to be recognised. The firm confirms in writing before the desk goes live.
The desk is for institutions that have engaged the firm as their panel counsel. The firm does not help advocates, law firms or agencies get empanelled with banks, NBFCs or companies, and the connector declines such requests.
This is the privacy notice for the connector; the firm’s privacy policy for the website also applies. In short: no account, no password, no database — and the few records that exist are emails to the firm.
Using the connector means accepting these terms, which sit alongside the site’s disclaimer.

The only paid item it touches is the ₹15,000 consultation, which you choose to book and pay from your own bank — the connector itself never takes a payment.
No. There is no account and no password. The reference tools work as soon as the connector is added. The signed-in tools ask you once to confirm an email address with a eight-digit code sent to it, and your assistant keeps you signed in after that.
Because they act for you or about your matter. Screening a matter, watching deadlines, booking a consultation and sending an enquiry need a verified email so the firm knows who it is replying to, and so that nothing can be sent in someone else’s name. The reference tools — benches, fees, periods, sections, directions and terms — never ask.
The connector sees only what your assistant passes to a tool, never the rest of your conversation. The reference tools keep no record of the question. Screening keeps an anonymised record of its inputs — never the text of your summary or your email address — and bookings, enquiries and briefs reach the firm by email. There is no database. The privacy section on this page sets out exactly what is recorded.
Yes, once you are signed in. The assistant shows the fee and the firm’s account details, you pay from your own banking app and give the payment reference, and the connector sends the booking request. That is an acknowledgement, not a confirmed slot: the firm verifies the payment and confirms the slot in writing, and if it cannot offer one the fee is returned in full. The same works in any assistant that supports sign-in for connectors, except ChatGPT, where the booking tools are not offered and the consultation is booked on this site instead.
No. It gives general information drawn from the enacted text and official registries, with the page of this site each answer comes from. It can tell you which forum a claim of a given size may go to, or what a period is under an Act; it cannot tell you what to do on your facts — that is what the consultation is for. No advocate–client relationship arises from using it.
Remove or disconnect it in your assistant’s settings — in Claude under Customize → Connectors, and in ChatGPT and Gemini under their app settings. Access then lapses on its own: the current access within sixty minutes, and the stored sign-in cannot be renewed once your assistant deletes it. To withdraw consent and have the sign-in record erased, also write to legal@unifiedchambers.com.
Any assistant that can add a remote MCP server: Claude on the web and desktop and in Claude Code, ChatGPT where custom servers are enabled, and Gemini where custom apps are available. Other MCP clients connect to the same address over Streamable HTTP.
